There were watertight doors between each boiler room. A complicated network of catwalks and ladders provided access throughout the boiler rooms, boiler tops, fidleys and casings. Fidley trunks provided an open route for hot air to escape from the boiler rooms, wafting up through gratings at the very top of the ship. Powerful fans pumped fresh air in from outside through vents that went down to the stokeholds. As the boilers burned the coal, spider-like uptakes, connecting to each boiler and venting through the funnels, one funnel per two boiler rooms, carried away the smoke and deadly gasses. Trimmers worked to keep the bunkers’ coal levels evened out and hauled coal around the stokeholds.
In each stokehold, where the boiler furnace fronts were, stokers, known as the “Black Gang”, worked round the clock to shovel coal into the furnaces. Large bunkers between the boiler rooms held over 5,800 tons of coal.

There were 6 boiler rooms, 11 stokeholds. Demo version of Titanic: Honor and Glory, a (n) adventure game, Demo 3 - alpha version, for PCs and laptops with Windows systems. There were 29 boilers on board, 24 of them double-ended, totaling 159 furnaces. Titanic’s massive engines needed a lot of steam, and it was these massive boilers that provided it.

This game built using unreal engine looks absolutely amazing and the idea behind the full game sounds really interesting. The idea behind the game when it is finished is to be a kind of detective and blend in with the crew and guests while you uncover the mystery behind a crime the most ambitious part of the project is that once the game is complete you will actually experience the sinking of the Titanic in real time and although kind of a dark concept one that would be incredibly intriguing and interesting to experience in video game form. Titanic Honor and Glory is an action/adventure/mystery game in which players will get to sail aboard the Titanic, experience the world of 1912, interact with passengers and crew, see the ship. Titanic: Honor and Glory at the moment is in its very early stages of development and the free download that we have for you here is only a very brief glimpse of hopefully what is to come in the future as in this demo you can only walk around some of the setting for the final game which of course is the doomed boat the Titanic and wow it looks incredible the detail that has gone in to it is fantastic and although there is no real point to the game at this time in its development and all you can do is walk around and explore a small part of the Titanic but it looks so good you will find yourself wanting to explore every available part of the ship, and may well be disappointed that there is not more of it you can walk around.
